It’s finally over, I mean the assignment for element 1, not the pushup challenge, for sure. Yet for some reason, I am still feeling a bit nervous about the submission. I guess I should take deep breaths to calm down myself.
Up to now I think I am able to do 20 pushups continuously, but only in a quick way. If I am doing this very slow and down, I guess 10 pushups would be my best. With only a week left, I think I can challenge myself with slower and more downward pushups.
