30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 25 – 29

I totally forgot to update all these days. The challenge is still going on, which is good. However, I just feel like I am losing interest in updating. That doesn’t sound good but the good news it’s there’s one more day left.

I didn’t really feel any significant improvements these 5 days, to be honest. I guess it is always like this whenever we develop a new habit. There is always a time when we feel like there is nothing much to improve, but one thing I noticed is that it is impossible for us to understand everything, maybe something is getting better but we just don’t know about it. So I guess I will stop comparing and just finish the challenge. I should start worry again after November.

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 25

I am getting even more exhausted compared to yesterday. The whole tournament lasted for a whole day. It was located near Heathrow and started quite early. So I had to get up at 630 after 4 hours of sleep and it was freezing outside. I did a set before I left home.

Assuming I didn’t sleep enough, I was very tired through the event tournament. My focus and tension have been going on and off several times before and after the matches. It felt like waking up and falling asleep again every 30 minutes. Being too tired but needing to stay awake and get ready for the match, I did some pushups to make myself warm up, so I have actually done over 100 pushups today. Great that it worked for me, but unfortunately I lost the match.

I was extremely tired as I got back home. However, I managed to finish the rest of the sets which is 80 pushups in total. Yet I had to stop every 5 pushups because I didn’t have enough energy to do even 10 consecutive pushups.

I believe this is the most challenging day so far which is even worse the first few days. It is great that I once again finished the challenge and now 5 more days and I am done! This is the link to my pushups journey.

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 24

Feeling very exhausted today. Had a hard training from Kendo yesterday and went outside for the whole day today. But I am able to do all the pushups which is good. I am having a Kendo tournament tomorrow and it will definitely be very tiring.

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 23

It’s finally over, I mean the assignment for element 1, not the pushup challenge, for sure. Yet for some reason, I am still feeling a bit nervous about the submission. I guess I should take deep breaths to calm down myself.

Up to now I think I am able to do 20 pushups continuously, but only in a quick way. If I am doing this very slow and down, I guess 10 pushups would be my best. With only a week left, I think I can challenge myself with slower and more downward pushups.

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 21-22

I was busy finishing up my assignment that is due tomorrow, deadline fighters aren’t we?

Right, so these two days, I have been really pushing very down to the ground to increase the difficulty of pushups. When I mean low it means as low as my chest touching the ground. It is tired but this is a sign for me to push my limits. I think for now, my focus would be to try to do 20 pushups in one go for all 5 sets, as well as going lower.

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 17-20

Apparently, there was no internet at the camp. I was too tired to update and upload the clips. Despite this, I managed to continue the challenge by doing 100 pushups every day. Today is the 20th day of November and it’s already 2/3 of the month! This means that I have done 2000 pushups so far and 1000 more to go. Time has gone quick and once again I am grateful that I have given up yet. Looking forward to the last day!

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 16

I forgot to update, so I am writing now on 17 Nov. So yesterday I tried doing 4 sets in the morning and 1 set in the evening, instead of doing 3 and 2 respectively. It did not feel bad, just felt a bit more tired after the 4th set. However, I hurt my back hips a bit after this, probably due to incorrect posture. I think it’s not a big problem and I can definitely continue doing pushups with no problem. I will need to focus and observe more about it.

I am leaving London for 3 days for a camp. Not sure if there is WiFi for me to update and upload the clips but hopefully things will work out. Anyway, Day 16 marked the first day of the second half in November and good job to myself!

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 15

Nothing special today. As usual, I did 3 sets in the morning and 2 sets in the evening. Just realised that I am halfway through November and as always, I am glad that I am still continuing the challenge. I don’t know what this will lead to but I know that I am doing something and I should focus on the present.

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 14

I have actually done 120 pushups today because I forgot to take one of the sets but I really want to record my progress, so I did 20 more. I think my form is getting much better, so I might start to move on to a higher level of pushups. However, before this I will ask my friends about it and see if I am good to go.

Today is a quite normal day, did 3 sets before going to uni and 2 sets before bed.

30 Day Pushup Challenge Day 9 – 13

It was hectic this weekend and for some reason I could not connect to the Blog website so I have been unable to update my pushup journey. But the good news is, the challenge is still going on and I am very proud of myself that I am continuing the challenge. I have almost completed 2 weeks of the challenge and so far I have already done 1300 pushups. Although my forms are not perfect yet, I have pay more attention to it and I think it has been improved since last update. I am engaging more with chest and push lower than before. This is a good sign and I think the next challenge for me would be doing more slower and having more repetitions in a row as currently I can only do 10 in a row. I am happy about the result and I will continue to improve myself.
